Since 2018, Tanja has advised companies, municipalities, regions, and private individuals on dispute resolution, in particular in cases involving insurance and tort law matters, including disputes concerning coverage, liability, and the assessment of damages. She also advises on employment law as well as commercial and contract law matters.
In this context, Tanja has gained extensive litigation experience and has conducted a significant number of cases before both the District Courts and the High Courts. She has also assisted in the preparation of several cases before the Supreme Court of Denmark.
